The growth from "well educated" to "experienced and ready to carry the ball in the big game" is incremental. It's also not the same for every individual. You have your own needs and interests. Where you will come out on the other side of this program will be as unique as you are.

Below you will find a variety of courses and experiences that are available for our FasTrak Managers to include in their growth plan. Some of these are mandatory; we know from experience that these opportunities are vital to increase your capacity to perform both at Chick-fil-A and in the future. Others are optional and you will work with your mentor to identify and schedule these into your growth plan over the two years of your program.
